What is SayAPrice?
SayAPrice is an app for pricing jobs on the spot. You set up your prices once, build a clean quote in a few taps, and send the customer a link they can accept with one tap. The same job then becomes your schedule and your invoice.
Who is SayAPrice for?
People who quote jobs from their phone: plumbers, electricians, handymen, cleaners, HVAC techs and other contractors, and freelancers like designers, photographers and writers. It's made for one-person and small businesses.
How much does it cost?
There is a Free plan. Paid plans are Pro ($12/month), Business ($39/month) and Unlimited ($99/month), with yearly billing giving 3.5 months free. During the beta, Pro is free for everyone and no credit card is needed.
Do my customers need an account or an app?
No. Your customer opens a link, sees the quote with your business name, picks an option and accepts with one tap.
Can new customers ask me for a quote?
Yes. On Pro and up you get your own request page. Customers describe the job, can pick one of your packages with its price, and suggest times that suit them. Requests land in your Quotes tab.
Can I send invoices?
Yes. When a job is done, SayAPrice turns it into an invoice in two taps. You add how you'd like to be paid. SayAPrice doesn't take payments for you yet.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. SayAPrice is built for phones first and you can add it to your home screen like an app. It also works on a computer.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. "Download my data" gives you your clients, quotes, jobs, invoices, time log and price list as spreadsheet files.
